Bin Washer

Two speed modes - "fast mode" up to 100 bins per hour. "Scrub mode" up to 70 bins per hour. Compact design and accepts chemical applications such as chlorine for superior treatment of citrus canker and mould spore organisms.

Mechanical spray arms sweep down inside the bin during rotation cycle for superior cleaning, 220 GPM 80 micron two stage self cleaning screen filtration system keeps the re-circulating water clean.
Trash and water recovery tank with screens to contain trash (500 gallon).
High pressure water pump and pumping system fully self contained with shrouding to minimize water over-spray.
Full 180 degree bin rotation or multiple cycles options. Washes inside and outside of plastic or wooden bins.
Multiple high-pressure spray nozzles.
Flow-guard high capacity, self-cleaning filter.
Mounts in-line with existing bin line.
Stainless steel construction.
